Active Members (only*) of Hotels of the Year Scotland have the right to use the exclusive Active Members © Official Winner Logo which we will happily customise with your hotel's (or team member's) name and Winner Title, free of charge, to suit your design needs:

G L A S S   &   C R Y S T A L   T R O P H I E S
These are available to Active Members only and are supplied at cost price through the awards - we add zero mark-up but control quality and the correct use of fonts and logos. There are three options available and they will be able to be ordered via this page by 7th November. As a rough guide we will be able to supply a flat glass trophy for around £75 and a crystal columns in two sizes from around £125 - £150.

REDUCING YOUR PARTICIPATION COST
Prior to our reorganisation more crystal trophies were presented at the annual event - but as costs have risen we chose to REDUCE Active Membership fees for all by a full 40-50% and then offer certain items as cost-price options to winners. We feel this is fairer and hope you will agree!


M E D A L S
In many cases we will be able to freely replace a lost Medal and will do our best to help any Winner regarding Medals.


C E R T I F I C A T E S
We will be happy to provide free of charge a replacement or corrected Certificate for all Winners, and can happily upgrade an A4 to an A3 or A2 for Active Members.

*Please note that as we depend on income from Active Memberships - which are very affordable and bring many advantages over a year - we must strictly control use of all Active Member logos. If the Winner logo version is used the Awards company will invoice the equivalent of an Active Member annual fee. We are sure you understand - we are finding a balance that gives choice and options, while still being enabled financially by Active Members to operate this complex, expensive scheme.
